Shahid appreciated by Kareena, complimented by Salman and Rani ‘fights’ with him
The once known cute little Complan boy, Shahid Kapoor is now a heartthrob across the nation with his smashing performance in Kaminey. However everyone has a different view and opinion about this talented star.
Recently Shahid was on the show, Dus Ka Dum, hosted by Salman Khan. Sallu miyaan said Shahid a politically correct person and the reply by Shahid was, ““I don’t try to be politically correct, but if I have bagged such a title, it just means that whatever I say happens to be correct and I can’t do anything about it. I don’t think one should necessarily make statements that brew controversies.”
The ex-grilfriend Kareena Kapoor has also praised Shahid for his film Kaminey. The actor said, “It is very kind of her to say that she liked Kaminey and I am glad that she did.”
However when asked whether he has seen any of her films after Jab We Met? He answered, “I have not seen any of her films after that, but I am looking forward to 3 Idiots.” We wonder if this was politically correct…
In Bollyland rumors about link ups with their co-stars is not uncommon.
Our Kaminey star has already figured out a key to deal with this. He said, “I have learnt to start taking it with a pinch of salt because it will start affecting my work and my personal equations with people if I take it seriously,” he says, and jokingly adds, “Rani keeps fighting with me saying, ‘Yaar hum logon ki koi link-up story media mein kyun nahi aayi? Hum mein kya kami hai?’
