Yet another emotional roller-coaster ride is expected for actor Salman Khan today (August 30), as he prays that his bail plea comes up before the Jodhpur High court. Salman’s case has been listed for hearing at the court once again.

But luck hasn’t been on the actor’s side. Salman suffered a setback yesterday (August 29), after Justice Vyas of the Rajasthan High Court refused to hear the bail application as well as the revision petition against the order of the district and sessions court sentencing Salman to a 5-year term.

Khan was advised to approach another bench as the Judge had counselled the veterinarian who conducted the post-mortem of the Chinkara that Khan had poached in 1998.

Today will be crucial, because if Salman is denied bail, he will remain in prison till Monday. Salman’s trouble have been accentuated by a lawyers strike on Friday in Jodhpur which will be followed by the weekend break.
