Salman Khan declares war with Shah Rukh Khan

In an interview Salman Khan has declared that he can never be friends with Shah Rukh Khan.

This comes in wake of the infamous altercation between them at Katrina Kaif’ birthday party. Apparently Salman Khan made rude comments about Shah Rukh’s ailing T.V. reality show to which Shah Rukh Khan made snide remarks about Salman’s love life including a comment on Aishwarya Rai, Salman’s ex-girl friend. This brought the two near to blows and Shah Rukh Khan stormed out of the party along with wife Gauri and friend Karan Johar.

Asked whether Shah Rukh Khan will ever be his friend, Salman Khan said,” Not anymore. I’m not going to deny that there are issues between us. I’m a primitive man born in today’s time. I can’t fake anything. If there is a problem then I’m not going to deny it. We’ve had problems before also but this time I don’t think we can sort them out. We are two different people. Our values and way of thinking are different. I don’t think we can be friends. I think it’s better to declare that then put on a fake façade of being friends and back-biting each other.”

Asked whether the their two T.V. shows were behind their rivalry, Salman said,’ No, I don’t think it’s because my show is doing better. I don’t think he’s that insecure. The reason of the fight is personal.’

Asked if he would like to sort things out with Shah Rukh Khan this time, Salman Khan said: “No, why should I? Not interested. We are two different individuals. He may be a great person, but his values and scruples are not the same as mine. “

Salman Khan reiterated that he is still seeing Katrina Kaif and rumours suggesting other wise have been spread not by his friends but by his detractors and enemies.
