When Salman and Katrina made an appearance on a TV show recently, the crew were surprised to see Salman Khan ragging Katrina by repeatedly asking her to say ‘tagda’ as she cannot pronounce many Hindi words (the language is still new to her).
Says a source close to Katrina, “Though Katrina’s Hindi diction is improving, she sometimes still fumbles over some words. On the show Salman kept asking Katrina to repeat the word tagda. Even when the camera was turned off, he wouldn’t let Katrina get up from her seat till she said it. Poor Katrina went red in the face in front of the crew and the live audience.” Continue reading ‘Salman plays prank with Katrina’

T-Series producer Bhushan Kumar has refused to agree to Sallu’s asking price of Rs 50 crore for a movie, and is bargaining for a third of the actual charge.
Even the younger actresses that work with him have not been able to resurrect the old hunk-magic of the most eligible bachelor. Time and again friends and critics have given him hints to go ahead and change his marital status, for the most-eligible tag is to expire very soon, too. It was in the year 1989, when an aspiring Salman Khan was shooting for his debut film, Maine Pyaar Kiya in Ooty.
Around that time, Subhash Ghai was casting for his film Saudagar in Mumbai. Ghai called up Sooraj Barjatya in Ooty. The wide-eyed newcomer Salman, who was sitting next to Sooraj, thought Ghai had called asking to cast him in Saudagar. Of all the spats in Bollywood, the one between Salman and his ex-protégé Himesh has undoubtedly been a little more celebrated than others. Though both have now become smart enough to pass it off as a joke, the undercurrent was evident on the sets of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa where Salman came as a guest to promote his next film Yuvvraaj that releases on November 21 (Khan was joined by Katrina much later).
After a grand entry Salman didn’t take time to make a dig at Himesh about his trademark nasal style of singing. Himesh tried to be indifferent and refused to remark on it. Continue reading ‘Sallu-Himesh war continues…’

SRK released the first promo of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi on his birthday and seemed quite excited about his role.
“Yashji and Adi called me and they said we are postponing the first look of Rab Ne all over the country. They said we will do it on your birthday.
