Salman to be Md Sporting Club’s brand ambassador

Bollywood actor Salman Khan is set to become Mohammedan Sporting Club’s brand ambassador, according to club sources.

If things go as per the Kolkata club’s plans, then Salman will visit the city to inaugurate the Mohammedan Sporting Club’s tent at the Maidan at a gala ceremony on October 26.

Salman can sing Hanuman Chalisa

Tribunal clears a promo showing Salman Khan chanting the Hanuman Chalisa at a rock concert, after it was shot down by the censor board

Recently, Vipul Shah’s London Dreams promos ran into trouble with the censor board as it had Salman Khan chanting the Hanuman Chalisa during a rock concert. It was only when the producer-director approached the tribunal that the promos were cleared.

A source said, “The censor board felt that chanting the Hanuman Chalisa during a rock concert might hurt some religious sentiments so they asked Vipul to change the visuals. Vipul, who thought otherwise, approached the revising committee, who too turned him down. Recently Shahid was on the show, Dus Ka Dum, hosted by Salman Khan. Sallu miyaan said Shahid a politically correct person and the reply by Shahid was, ““I don’t try to be politically correct, but if I have bagged such a title, it just means that whatever I say happens to be correct and I can’t do anything about it. I don’t think one should necessarily make statements that brew controversies.”

Bollywood’s most handsome Khan takes his time out to bring a spark in the lives of the less fortunate children. Recently, he was in Hinduja Hospital to celebrate Rose day with the little ones suffering from the most dreaded disease.

Children were very excited to meet their hero when they were informed about Sallu joining them soon at the function, for which they had to wait really long. Eventually when the most wanted star arrived, it was truly a moment of boundless joy for the kids.

Salman interacted with the children and also danced with them on few of his own peppy numbers. Tiny tots could not contain their happiness and were hopping with Sallu baba to the beats of the songs. This perhaps can be the worst possible case of mistaken identity for Bollywood actor Salman Khan when someone referred to him as Shahrukh.

Salman who is busy promoting his movie Wanted could only manage a laugh when he was referred to by his arch rival’s name. The incident happened when Salman visited the Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai to spend time with children suffering from cancer.

Anil Sharma is having a tough time directing the remaining portions of Veer. During the last schedule in Pune last week, he has to deal with Salman Khan and Veer’s action director, Tinu Verma, who have entirely different ideas about the how the film should be made.

Anil first figured that trouble was brewing when Salman wanted to shoot a particular scene in a certain way, but Anil had different ideas. “Anil and Salman had a big showdown in Pune. Bahut tu tu main main hui, Salman even grumbled aloud, ‘Isko director kisne banaya?’ Everybody on the sets was quite shocked by the enormity of the showdown,” said a source. When Salman arranged a chopper for Kareena

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan made special arrangements for a chopper for co-star Kareena Kapoor while shooting for Main Aurr Mrs. Khanna when he found that the actress was running late for her next shoot.

Directed by debutant Prem Soni, the film revolves around the theme of an extramarital affair and is a joint venture between Sohail Khan Productions and UTV SpotBoy Pictures.

“When anybody is a part of Sohail Khan Productions, Salman Khan takes full care of the actor. The artiste is under his wings.
